Listings Manager – New York, New York
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, management companies, and developers. Manage and distribute work to listing staff. Find special offers in advance for agents through relationships in the industry. Keep abreast of current trends in the market place. Responsible for distribution of Exclusive listing to other member firms as required by the Real Estate Board of New York
The successful individual will leverage their knowledge and experience to:
• Coordinate the sharing of listing information with managers, agents, contractors, co-broking firms, professional organizations, management companies and landlords via direct contact, electronic file transfers, and social networks. Distribution to listings staff and direct inputting of listings information for entry in listings database and link to the internet; responsible for data integrity including landlord requirements.
• Assist contractors, managers, and destination specialists with identifying properties suitable for renters and buyers, and in closing transactions with landlords and sellers. Work directly with manager of brokerage to nurture agents to fulfill their potential. Interact with agents to discuss new developments and trends in the market. Organize agent tours of properties and special events.
• Oversee print and internet advertising for both exclusives and open listings by coordinating ads with agents and landlords. Assure required paperwork is obtained and in order.
• Track web visits and analyze data to convert into prospective renters/buyers. Responsible for inquiries and distribution of leads received and reporting information to manager.
• Take an active role with the Real Estate Board of New York and the Manhattan Association of Realtors.

The ideal candidate should have:
• High school diploma required
• Associate Broker/Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
• Undergraduate degree in related field desired
• Working knowledge of various software packages, particularly property listings management databases
• Real Estate market experience (rentals, sales, and/or management)
• Landlord/Vendor relations
