Michelle has been working in various aspects of relocation since 1993. She started her career in mobility counseling international and domestic transferees on relocation services. As an account manager for a move management firm, she worked more closely with corporate relocation managers and developed a comprehensive understanding of mobility policies and corporate needs. This experience was a strong foundation for her transition to destination services where she was responsible for corporate housing management, rental assistance, home purchase, area orientation, settling-in services and property management.

In her current role, Michelle is responsible for daily operations and the delivery of services. She ensures superior quality customer services by managing the training and development of the team. She works with our clients and internal teams to discover new solutions for our clients’ changing needs.

Growing up in the military and nine relocations, Michelle personally understands the challenges and positive experiences. She is a member of the Employee Relocation Council and holds her GMS Designation.
