The Financial District is bounded by Fulton Street on the north, Battery Park City to the south and extending from the Hudson River to the East River and is the financial hub of Manhattan. Home to the New York Stock Exchange, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, South Street Seaport and Trinity Church, the Financial District has experienced unprecedented residential growth. The plethora of new, affordable, high-rise luxury residential buildings has made this area very popular with those working downtown.
